Is it Ninja Turtles 2? I think one of them said that about the evil mutants who everyone was disappointed when they found out weren't Bebop and Rocksteady.
Ten points to Rom, and an additional ten points for also including the fact that everyone was indeed disappointed when we got Toka and Razaar (...dey are BABIES!!!) instead of Beebop and Rocksteady.
